Purpose

This guide outlines how to install and provision the new 3CX Windows App via the Microsoft Store.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Download the App

• Open the Microsoft Store on the user's Windows device.

• Search for “3CX” and download the official 3CX Windows App.

2. Log In to the Web Client

• Go to the following URL in a browser (replace client domain with the correct domain):
  🔗 https://clientdomain.3cx.uk/webclient

• Log in using the user's 3CX credentials.

3. Provision the Windows App

• Once logged in, navigate to the bottom-left corner of the web client.

• Click on Apps > Windows App > Provision.

This will automatically link the downloaded app with the user's extension and configuration.

Notes

• Ensure the user has access to the Microsoft Store.

• Provisioning must be done via the Web Client after app installation.
